  1. Can I still join Regal Inline Training?
The first 3 classes are geared toward techinical skills and improving efficiency. Missing these classes will diminish the value to you; therefore we do not allow new registrations after the 3rd class.

  7. I'm new to skating. Can I participate?
Regal Inline welcomes those new to skating and is designed especially for you. Please make sure that you have your own skates, helmet, wristguards (and other protective gear is strongly encouraged) and come train with us. Our Orange group will help you to develop your skating skills and get you ready for the marathon of your choice.  If you have never been on skates; it is recommended to have a private lesson and let us evaluate your ability to complete the marathon trainging program.

  9. What are the two color groups and which will I be in?
Our two color groups are Orange and Yellow. Orange group skaters are those who are new to skating or aren't quite as comfortable on skates as they would like to be. Yellow group skaters are those who are already comfortable with skating and not worried about falling. Your coach can help you determine what group you will skate with. The program is not designed for skaters that have never been on skates.  You can contact us for individual lessons.

  21. How much training does this program involve?

Realizing that most people lead very busy lives, this program is one that can easily fit into your schedule. For the most part, the program calls for training only 4-5 days a week. Your long skate session will usually take place on Saturday with your group. The day after your long skate is always a rest day.
     [top]

  22. Do I have to be there every week?
No, many members are unable to make every weekend session. The weekend seminars are important, but you can always ask your coach or skating buddies about what you missed. However, those long group skates are a lot easier and more fun when you're doing them with the group! And in our experience, the success of our members is directly proportional to their ability to attend our weekend training sessions and seminars.
